Verse to Memorise: Meditate, Obey and Be Blessed
I’ve always loved this verse, and it was one of the first I ever memorised:
This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.
Joshua 1:8
It’s a great reminder to lean on the Word of God, read it, think about it, and put it into practice. And also a wonderful promise that though not necessarily in material ways, we will be blessed as a result.
